PyData Berlin is a group for users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas and learn from each other. They gather to discuss how to best apply Python tools, as well as those using R and Julia, and to meet the evolving challenges in data management, processing, analytics, and visualization. These meetups provide a platform to share ideas, learn from one another, and network. The topics of this specific meetup are PySpark and topological analysis of transcriptional regulatory networks (TRNs). Richard Dutton, Director of NYC-Based alternative data company Engineering at Earnest Research, will discuss PySpark and Moritz Beber, member of the digital refugee aid space metacollect, will discuss TRNs.
